Which spare parts can I request?

Do I have to send my projector to you?
No. For most parts you just request the part and we ship it — no need to send the projector. If you’d rather we diagnose and fit it, you can also book a repair instead.
Why do you need a photo of the serial or board?
Projector parts vary by batch. The LCD serial, board model number, or a photo of the power board lets us send a part that actually fits — for example, a heat insulation glass must match your LCD or the picture washes out.
I lost my invoice number — can I still request a part?
Yes. Search by your phone number or your device serial number instead — we’ll find your purchase in our records.
Are spare parts free under warranty?
If your AUN projector is within its 1-year warranty and the part is covered, it’s free. If it’s out of warranty (or the damage isn’t covered), it’s a paid part — see the next question for how pricing works. Our full ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি explains what’s covered.
How does pricing and approval work for paid parts?
After you submit your request, we check the part and send you a price quote. You’ll see it on the tracking page — each part with its price and a total — and you simply tap Approve to confirm or Decline. We only order the part from the factory after you approve, so there are no surprises. Payment instructions are shown right with the quote.
How long does it take to get a part?
If it’s in stock, we dispatch quickly. If it has to come from the factory, it usually takes 3–4 weeks. You can follow each part’s exact status on the tracking page.
How do I track my request, and what if I lose the number?
The moment you submit, we text you your reference number (like SP-2026-0001) with a direct link — so you won’t lose it. You can also track any time by entering your phone number on the Spare Parts Status page, even without the number.
