রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি

• All stickers and markings must be unopened and intact.
• Customer must include all related items provided (manuals, cables, accessories).
• Timeframe: product must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
• If the product is faulty, it must be returned within 3 days of delivery with original packaging and accessories.

If the timeframe is exceeded, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Returns are not accepted for faultless products claimed to be incompatible with other devices.

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Items failing to meet conditions will not be eligible.

If conditions are met, the customer will receive a replacement product. If a replacement is not possible, the payment will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method. “Smart Living Bangladesh” may choose alternative refund methods. Please note: Original delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders may be cancelled via the website until the confirmation call. Customers can also cancel before delivery by calling +880 9638-078888.

• স্টিকার এবং মার্কিং খোলা যাবে না এবং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
• সব আনুষঙ্গিক জিনিসপত্র (ম্যানুয়াল, কেবল, এক্সেসরিজ) অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে হবে।
• সময়সীমা: ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য হলে মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে।

সময়সীমা পেরিয়ে গেলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

ত্রুটিমুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অন্য ডিভাইসের সাথে অসঙ্গতি দেখিয়ে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য প্রাপ্তির পর পরিদর্শন করা হবে। শর্ত পূরণ না হলে ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

শর্ত পূরণ হলে গ্রাহক নতুন পণ্য পাবেন। যদি সম্ভব না হয়, ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে। “Smart Living Bangladesh” প্রয়োজনে বিকল্প পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড করতে পারে। উল্লেখ্য: মূল ডেলিভারি এবং শিপিং চার্জ অফেরতযোগ্য।

গ্রাহক কনফার্মেশন কল আসার আগ পর্যন্ত ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন। এছাড়া ডেলিভারির আগে +880 9638-078888 নম্বরে কল করে বাতিল করা যাবে।

পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর আগে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে অনুমোদন নিন। রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের সম্পূর্ণ খরচ গ্রাহককেই বহন করতে হবে। অনুমোদিত রিটার্নগুলো নিরাপদে আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ঠিকানায় পাঠান:
