How Parts Tracking Works

Every part you requested, tracked on its own from order to delivery.

1. Enter Your Reference

Type your SP- number (e.g. SP-2026-0001) or the mobile number you used to request the part.

2. Approve & Track Each Part

For paid parts you’ll see a price quote to approve first. Then follow each part — at factory, shipped, arrived, dispatched, delivered — with an ETA where we have one.

3. Get SMS Updates

We text you as your parts progress. If we need a clearer photo, you can re-upload it right here.

How do I track my spare-parts request?
Enter your SP- reference number (sent when you submitted the request) or the mobile number you used, then press “Track.” You’ll see the live status of each part.
What do the statuses mean?
Quote sent — a price is waiting for your approval. Approved — you’ve approved and we’re sourcing the parts. Pending — received and being reviewed. At factory — we’ve ordered it. Shipped / Arrived — on the way to or received by us. Dispatched — on the way to you. Delivered — complete. Parts are tracked one by one, so some may move faster than others.
You sent me a quote — how do I approve it?
Enter your SP- number or phone above. When a quote is ready you’ll see each part’s price, the total and payment details, with Approve এবং Decline buttons. Tap Approve and we’ll start sourcing your parts right away.
You asked me for a clearer photo — what do I do?
When a request is marked “Waiting on you,” a photo box appears on this page. Just upload a clearer photo of the serial or board and we’ll continue — no need to start over.
How long will my parts take?
In-stock parts dispatch quickly. Parts ordered from the factory usually take 3–4 weeks. The status here always shows the current stage.
I haven’t requested a part yet — where do I start?
Head to the Request a Spare Part page, find your purchase, choose the part and submit. You’ll get an SP- number to track here.
My request isn’t showing — what should I do?
Check your SP- number or mobile number and try again. If it still doesn’t appear, সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে and we’ll help.
