If you can identify the part — LCD, lens, board, LED, power board or remote — request just the part and keep your projector with you. Faster and cheaper.
On Pathao’s Delivery details step, enter us as the receiver — exactly as shown. City, Zone and Area are dropdowns, so pick these exact options.
Pathao’s “Send Parcel” is open to everyone — no account or login needed. The delivery charge is paid by you (the sender) and shown before you confirm.
About two minutes from start to confirm.
Enter your Sender Name, Sender Phone and Pickup Direction (your full address) — this is where the rider collects it. Order before 4 PM for same-day pickup.
Enter AUN as the receiver using the card above — Receiver Phone 01787698268, and the City / Zone / Area dropdowns set to Dhaka › Mazar road › Mirpur Buddhijibi Koborsthan.
Parcel Type Parcel, pick the weight band for your packed projector, and enter its value in BDT. Tick the policy box and press Create order.
In Step 3, the Parcel Value (BDT) is what Pathao refunds you if the parcel is lost in transit. Don’t leave it at 0 — enter the actual worth of your projector so it’s properly covered.
Pathao delivery charge (paid by you): Inside Dhaka ৳80 up to 1kg (+৳15/extra kg) · Outside Dhaka ৳130 up to 1kg (+৳25/extra kg). Most projectors fall in the 1–2 kg band once boxed.
Before you send, message us on WhatsApp with your model and the problem, so we know your projector is on the way and can get to it faster.
A projector has delicate optics inside. Two minutes of packing prevents transit damage.
Original box and foam if you kept them — otherwise a strong carton with thick padding.
Bubble-wrap the projector and fill every gap so nothing moves when shaken.
Include the power adapter (and remote if the fault is remote-related). Keep other accessories at home.
A slip with your name, phone and the problem — plus your order number if you have it.
