How to Send It — 3 Steps on Pathao

Pickup details (yours)

Enter your Sender Name, Sender Phone and Pickup Direction (your full address) — this is where the rider collects it. Order before 4 PM for same-day pickup.

Delivery details (ours)

Enter AUN as the receiver using the card above — Receiver Phone 01787698268, and the City / Zone / Area dropdowns set to Dhaka › Mazar road › Mirpur Buddhijibi Koborsthan.

Parcel overview

Parcel Type Parcel, pick the weight band for your packed projector, and enter its value in BDT. Tick the policy box and press Create order.

Always declare your projector’s real value

In Step 3, the Parcel Value (BDT) is what Pathao refunds you if the parcel is lost in transit. Don’t leave it at 0 — enter the actual worth of your projector so it’s properly covered.

Pathao delivery charge (paid by you): Inside Dhaka ৳80 up to 1kg (+৳15/extra kg) · Outside Dhaka ৳130 up to 1kg (+৳25/extra kg). Most projectors fall in the 1–2 kg band once boxed.

Before you send, message us on WhatsApp with your model and the problem, so we know your projector is on the way and can get to it faster.

Pack It Safely

A projector has delicate optics inside. Two minutes of packing prevents transit damage.

Use a sturdy box

Original box and foam if you kept them — otherwise a strong carton with thick padding.

Wrap & cushion

Bubble-wrap the projector and fill every gap so nothing moves when shaken.

Add the adapter

Include the power adapter (and remote if the fault is remote-related). Keep other accessories at home.

Put a note inside

A slip with your name, phone and the problem — plus your order number if you have it.

How do I send my projector to you?

Tap Open Pathao Courier above to go to Pathao’s “Send Parcel” page. Step 1 — enter your own name, phone and pickup address. Step 2 — enter us as the receiver (use the Copy receiver details button). Step 3 — choose the weight, enter your projector’s value, and create the order. A rider collects it from your door. No Pathao account is needed.

What exactly do I enter in the delivery (receiver) step?

Who pays for the courier?

You (the sender) pay the Pathao delivery charge — Inside Dhaka ৳80 up to 1kg, Outside Dhaka ৳130 up to 1kg, with a small per-kg addition above that. Pathao shows the exact amount before you confirm.

What should I put as the Parcel Value?

Enter your projector’s actual value in BDT. This is the amount Pathao refunds if the parcel is lost in transit, so don’t leave it at 0 — declaring the real value keeps your projector properly covered on the way to us.

How should I pack it?

Use the original box if you kept it; otherwise a strong carton with thick padding. Bubble-wrap the projector, fill the gaps so nothing shifts, and include the power adapter. Pop a slip inside with your name, phone, and a short description of the problem.

What happens after you receive it?

We inspect your projector and open a repair Job Sheet in our service system. From then on you can follow every stage — diagnosis, parts, repair, ready — on our Repair Status page using your Job Sheet number or mobile number.

Is the repair free?

If your AUN projector is within its 1-year warranty and the fault is covered, the repair is free. For out-of-warranty repairs — or damage not covered — we’ll show you the estimated cost up front before we proceed. See our warranty policy for what’s covered. (Courier charges are separate.)

Should I send the whole projector, or just request the part?

If you can identify the faulty part yourself, it’s faster and cheaper to request just that part and keep your projector. If you’re not sure what’s wrong, or it won’t power on, send the whole unit and let us diagnose it.
