How do I track my AUN projector order?
Enter your Order ID or the phone number you used when placing the order, then submit to see your latest delivery status above.
I don’t have my Order ID — can I still track?
Yes. You can track using the phone number you provided during checkout. If you still can’t find your order, contact our support team.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: up to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka: up to 4 working days. See our shipping policy for full details and charges.
My order status hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Status updates can take a little time after dispatch. Please check again after a few hours. If it still hasn’t changed, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll check it for you.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Call us as soon as possible at +880 9638-078888.
What happens after my order arrives?
Install the free AUN Care app and sign in with the same phone number you ordered with — your purchase and its warranty are linked automatically, so you can see how many days of cover you have left without keeping the invoice. From there you can also order spare parts, book a repair, and get manuals and firmware for your exact model.
