Delete your AUN Care account

You can delete your AUN Care Bangladesh app account and its personal data at any time — from inside the app, or by asking us. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted.

Two ways to do it

The first is instant. The second is for people who have already uninstalled the app.

1. In the app Instant

  1. Open AUN Care and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab (bottom right).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Read what will be deleted and what we keep, then tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm once more. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Ask us to do it

We verify that the request really comes from the owner of that number, then delete the account within 7 working days and confirm when it is done.

What happens when you delete

We delete your account and the personal information in it. A few records stay — they are your own proof of purchase and our business records, and we tell you plainly which ones.

Deleted immediately

  • Your profile — name, email address and photo
  • Your sign-in on every device, so all phones are logged out
  • Your notifications and your push-notification token, so alerts stop at once
  • The list of projectors you added in the app
  • Any problem reports and screenshots you sent us from the app
  • Your saved preferences inside the app

Kept — and why

  • Your warranty registration. It stays valid — this is your proof of purchase, and deleting it would cost you your warranty.
  • Repair and spare-parts requests, finished or in progress. A projector may be in our service centre right now. These are separated from your account but keep the phone number, so our team can still reach you.
  • Our sales record — your invoice. We are required to keep transaction records.
  • Support tickets you opened, as a record of the conversation.

A few things worth knowing

  • It cannot be undone. There is no recovery period — once deleted, your profile and app data are gone.
  • You can come back. Sign in again with the same mobile number whenever you like. You will start with a clean, empty profile, and purchases registered to your number will be found again automatically.
  • Your projector is not affected. Deleting the app account does not cancel your warranty and does not stop any repair already under way.
  • Sold your projector? Deleting your account releases its serial number, so the new owner can add it to their own account.
  • Your website account is separate. If you also have an account on our online store, it and your order history are not deleted by this. Ask us if you want that removed too.
