Track Repair Status
Products under warranty are serviced by repairing defects or replacing defective parts.
Service may take 2–3 working days if parts are in stock, 45+ days if imported.
Misuse, accidental damage, fire, water, or self-tampering are not covered by warranty.
The warranty applies only to products where “Warranty” is clearly mentioned in the invoice at the time of purchase. Products without a warranty mention are not eligible.
Warranty service includes the repair or replacement of defective parts. If a specific part (such as an LCD screen, motherboard, power board, or lamp) is confirmed defective, it will be replaced with a functional part. In such cases, the warranty applies only to the defective component, not the entire product. Replacement is subject to availability of parts.
Repair time depends on the availability of spare parts and the nature of the fault. If the required parts are in stock, repairs are usually completed within 2–3 working days. However, if spare parts need to be imported, the process may take 45 days or more.

There is no fixed limit on the number of warranty claims during the warranty period. Customers may avail service as long as the warranty is valid.
We are not responsible for the loss of data, software, or configuration during warranty service. Customers should back up their data before submitting the product.
Warranty will not be valid under the following circumstances:
Accessories such as remote controls, cables, adapters, or incomplete products are not covered by warranty.
Services outside warranty coverage will be provided at a cost agreed upon between the company and the customer.
Non-warranty repairs can also be tracked online via the same repair status portal once a ticket is created.
শুধুমাত্র সেই পণ্যসমূহ যেগুলোর ইনভয়েসে “ওয়ারেন্টি” উল্লেখ থাকবে, সেগুলোই ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে। ইনভয়েসে ওয়ারেন্টি উল্লেখ না থাকলে কোন পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় থাকবে না।
ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিসের আওতায় ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অংশ মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে। যেমন, যদি LCD স্ক্রিন, মাদারবোর্ড, পাওয়ার বোর্ড বা ল্যাম্প ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়, তবে সেটি পরিবর্তন করা হবে। এ ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অংশের জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে, সম্পূর্ণ পণ্যের জন্য নয়। প্রতিস্থাপন যন্ত্রাংশের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
মেরামতের সময়কাল যন্ত্রাংশের প্রাপ্যতা এবং ত্রুটির ধরন অনুযায়ী নির্ভর করে। প্রয়োজনীয় যন্ত্রাংশ স্টকে থাকলে সাধারণত ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মেরামত সম্পন্ন হয়। তবে যন্ত্রাংশ আমদানি করতে হলে ৪৫ দিন বা তারও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।

ওয়ারেন্টি সময়সীমার মধ্যে একাধিকবার ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস গ্রহণ করা যাবে।
মেরামতের সময় কোন ডেটা/সফটওয়্যার হারিয়ে গেলে আমরা দায়বদ্ধ থাকব না। গ্রাহককে আগে থেকেই ডেটা ব্যাকআপ রাখতে হবে।
নিম্নলিখিত কারণে ক্ষতি হলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে:
রিমোট, কেবল, অ্যাডাপ্টার ইত্যাদি আনুষঙ্গিক জিনিস ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নয়।
যে সেবাগুলো ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নয়, সেগুলোর জন্য গ্রাহকের সাথে সমঝোতার ভিত্তিতে চার্জ ধার্য হবে।
নন-ওয়ারেন্টি রিপেয়ার সার্ভিসের স্ট্যাটাসও টিকিট তৈরি হওয়ার পর একই পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে দেখা যাবে।
