A projector may be in our service centre right now. These are separated from your account but keep the phone number, so our team can still reach you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our sales record<\/strong> \u2014 your invoice. We are required to keep transaction records.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support tickets<\/strong> you opened, as a record of the conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t<div id=\"text-2112487550\" class=\"text\">\n\t\t\n<div style=\"max-width:900px;margin:26px auto 0;background:#fff;border:1px solid #e2e8f0;border-left:4px solid #0188fe;border-radius:12px;padding:20px 22px;\">\n<h3 style=\"font-size:16px;margin:0 0 8px;color:#0f172a;\"><i class=\"fa-solid fa-circle-info\" style=\"color:#0188fe;margin-right:7px;\"><\/i>A few things worth knowing<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-size:14.5px;color:#475569;line-height:1.85;margin:0;padding-left:20px;\">\n<li><strong>It cannot be undone.<\/strong> There is no recovery period \u2014 once deleted, your profile and app data are gone.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You can come back.<\/strong> Sign in again with the same mobile number whenever you like. You will start with a clean, empty profile, and purchases registered to your number will be found again automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your projector is not affected.<\/strong> Deleting the app account does not cancel your warranty and does not stop any repair already under way.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sold your projector?<\/strong> Deleting your account releases its serial number, so the new owner can add it to their own account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your website account is separate.<\/strong> If you also have an account on our online store, it and your order history are not deleted by this.
